FNTC Training & Consultancy is a leading provider of Vocational Learning on the South Coast, with offices in Southampton, Bournemouth and a presence on the Isle of Wight. We have an opportunity for a Business Development Officer to join our team, based in our Totton offices.
The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing relationships with employers and recruiting new learners on to our vocational learning programmes, including Apprenticeships. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in selling in a business-to-business environment. Ideally you will have an understanding of vocational learning and government funding for training, however this is not essential. You will need to well-organised and able to work autonomously.
In return, FNTC offers a salary package with a basic of £21k - £23k (dependent upon experience), with uncapped On Target Earnings of £23k - £25k, as well as mileage, laptop, mobile telephone, healthcare scheme, childcare vouchers and your birthday day off.

You will be qualified or occupationally competent and willing to work towards becoming qualified. You will be delivering Apprenticeships in Health & Social Care to Levels 2 and 3.

Director of Curriculum and Quality
The position of Director of Curriculum and Quality is a pivotal role with FNTC. As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, you will be reporting directly to the Associate Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and learning, curriculum and quality.
The successful applicant will be a strong and effective strategic leader with the agility and adaptability to work at pace, having gained experience and built a track record of success working in colleges and/or private training.
We want a lot from you including experience and success with apprentices, 16-18, curriculum planning and data. Drive, ambition, motivation with clear communication and transformational leadership skills, to make a quick impact is essential as is an ability to work effectively and closely with the Curriculum managers and the rest of the Strategic Leadership Team.
