Childcare and Young Peoples Workforce Apprenticeship Level 2
FNTC’s Level 2 Children and Young Peoples Apprenticeship is designed to help you build the knowledge and skills needed when working under supervision with children and young people from birth to 19 years of age. It covers a diverse range of job roles and occupational areas working in children’s settings including early years and social care. Those learners who are employed in the Children and Young People’s Workforce will be able to use their ongoing experience in their work environment to achieve the skills and competence required to meet the assessment criteria of the qualification or units they are undertaking.
For those learners who have no previous experience of working with children and young people, it is recommended that 200 hours be spent in a Real Work Environment.
