HR Support Level 3
Our HR Support Level 3 course is an 18-24 month programme which will equip learners with
the knowledge, behaviours and skills required to succeed within a HR role.
Following the programme, learners will understand both the theory behind HR legislation and policy, whilst also developing practice skills such as problem solving, communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Utilising both a classroom element, study sessions, and on the job learning the apprentice will be fully supported and prepared for the end point assessment.

Apprenticeship will need the following:
GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent or the willingness to work towards these alongside the course.
Core skills you are willing to develop: problem solving,
communication and team work.
Learning & Assessment
Learning will take place through a variety of methods which include:
On the job learning—day to day work carried out which would need to include handling day queries,
proving a range of HR advice,
working on a range of processes, using HR systems and some
involvement in project based work.
Class based learning- attending weekly
classes/study sessions for the first year.
Regular one to one coaching
sessions with a HR Expert Coach that will visit the workplace.
