Tracey Cooper has been the Business Curriculum Coordinator since August 2011, although Tracey has been working with FNTC Training and Consultancy since 2001, where she started with the company as an Administrative apprentice undertaking her NVQ Business and Administration Level 3, she also supported our sister company Fawley Independent Day Nursery .
In 2004 Tracey went on to embark upon her assessor journey, once she completed her NVQ Level 4 Business and Administration. Tracey then went on to undertake her Internal Verifiers qualification, which enabled her to become the lead IQA for the Business area. As well as working for FNTC, Tracey also works for a private stamp dealer coordinating their events.
Tracey specialises in Quality Assurance and the day to day management of the Business curriculum team and has successfully supported a range of learners, employers and assessors in improving the quality of learner experience, workforce skills and success rates.
